My name is Lynae
Thank you for being here! By showing up, you are invested in "Elevating your Wellness".
I have always been invested in my health from an early age, and what motivated me in my early years was quite different from my later years. Nutrition, has made a significant impact on my overall wellness, both physically and mentally, and in my personal journey, truly life saving. That is the reason why I am so passionate about nutrition! My mission, is that everyone live the healthiest versions of themselves!
I am a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and a Registered Natural Nutritional Clinical Practitioner through CANNP. I hold a diploma in Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Consulting. I also hold a certificate in Mindset Coaching. My many years of professional experience in law enforcement, layered with my Nutrition and Coaching education and experience, provides me with the unique background that benefits my clients greatly!
On a personal note, away from my nutritional business, I love spending time with my family, doing walks, hikes, yoga, and weight training and of course; all things Wellness!

All corporate or personalized nutrition programs/plans are unique; and it is best they are build to be sustainable; and take in the unique challenges that may present. Corporate Education/Speaking engagements and programs can be build, specific to your needs if required, or can be from various completed build out topics.
